Find Your Balance Challenge

Attention all movers and groovers. Balancing Bicycle is initiating our first challenge GIVEAWAY. In the spirit of finding motivation for movement, Balancing Bicycle is offering you a challenge to get you going. Here’s the scoop.

You have 1 week (until Tuesday, June 16th, 2020 at 9 pm EST) to complete a 5k (3.11 miles). Some of you may be saying, “That is easy breezy. I do that as a warm up.” Awesome! Share you story with us and spread some of that motivation to the rest of us. Others may be saying, “Cara, I’ve been hitting the Corona Bod pretty hard. How am I going to run 3 miles?” Well, I have good news. I don’t care how you get it done as long as you do it.

What that means is, for this challenge you can run, jog, walk, row, paddle, dance, ride, pedal, crawl, pogo, handstand walk, whatever. Bring your dog, grab a friend, take the kids. Everyone is invited. You can also divide up your 5k to several days. Just make sure you keep track of how far you go. Whatever it takes to get a 5k accomplished this week counts.

Here’s the catch. I want you to share your journey with us. Post a picture of the movement of your choice to social media. Make sure to tag @balancingbike and use #findyourbalancechallenge in your post.

Everyone who shares their journey is getting a special gift in the mail from your friends at Balancing Bicycle to keep your motivation going. And if you aren’t already, follow us on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter to stay up to date on future challenge giveaways.

On your mark. Get set. Start pedaling!
